Excellent fire pit

The Ponderosa fire pit is well-made; definitely a quality product. It’s great for our backyard patio to sit around, roast marshmallows, etc. Super easy to “assemble” and hook up the propane. We wanted something quick and easy, and we use it more because of the ease of use. No smoke, no ash. Warm (60,000+ BTUs) as well.

Works great but wish it had a carry case

Works great. I put a weber grill on top and I can cook on it like a camp fire. Only draw back is it needs a carry case so I can transport it easily when I go camping.

Would definitely recommend. It was between this one and the Outland Living Okanagan 24". We went with this one. It looks really nice and put out a lot of heat. The matchless ignition works really well. It does only have a 6ft hose, which could be a bit longer but not a big deal. We could always just buy a longer one. We're glad we got it!

Exponentially better!

This is the one! Do not buy an imitation. Easy to assemble, plenty of lava rocks, lid fits on just right.

Love Our Pondarosa

Been wanting this fire pit for a bit now. Finally got it and love it. I am a Vista Outdoor employee and already have the Juniper for camping. It is great. This one is for the home since it is a bit on the large side to pack around. Family loves. Great purchase of a great product.

Love this Pit!

We have loved this fire pit, we picked it up to use when out camping in the Idaho forest. It does rain a bit while we are out camping and we use it under our canopy while we stay out of the rain. We have been using it at home also to roast marshmallows with our two grandsons on cool nights. It's been great not to have the fire smell after you have set by it!

Solid Fire Pit

This fire pit is really nice looking. It came well packaged, it was simple to put together ( just attach the legs and the handle on the lid.) It lights easily with just a turn of the knob. There is a perfect amount of lava rocks with it. It’s great having a safe fire pit in the high fire danger area where I live. No worry about sparking embers.
