No Raised Edge

I'm excited to get this on the wall to hold my wax melter/digiboil, however, the description says the edges are raised, but they are not. I got exactly what the picture shows, which is great. That line should just be omitted. They would be raised if it were upside down. I'm grateful for the review that said to get a snap toggle like deal. My studs are not 20 inches apart so one side will be in a stud and the other in drywall.

Good quality and easy installation. Recommend purchasing and using the twist-n-lock screw-in drywall anchors. In my experience, they work much better than the standard drywall anchors that come with the shelf.

Excellent! EXCEPT The provided mounting screws where useless as the heads where smaller than the holes so No way to hold to the wall. Had to go purchase our own anchors/screws. Other than that it is exactly what we wanted.
