Order product including logs and gas burner. Website said available in 5 days. The logs shipped and arrived in 5 days. Its now been over 7 weeks and still no gas burner. Called after about 3 weeks and said would deliver mid-december now end of december and no burner or follow up? Terrible service

Logs a little large for preference. They work fine in the space, just larger than the old set we had that were installed when house was built.
