The legs didn't fit and the faucet was broken!

Wanted to love but received a damaged leg
I wanted to love this sink, but I received a damaged leg. I called the company to get a replacement leg, and I spoke with a customer service rep who asked me to send a photo, which I did. She said she would check with her boss and get back to me. She never did. I emailed the company and I never heard back. So, my basement still does not have a utility sink, and now I'm forced to put all the pieces back in the box and return them to Home Depot. Such a hassle. Don't buy this brand.
I am pleased with the quality of the sink but the magnetic accessories that came with it do not adhere very well to the sink even though magnetic tapes were included. I contacted Transolid and they never responded to me. I would have rated "excellent" if not for these concerns
