Poor condition

Many of the fixtures in the box are scratched - the bulb portion have discoloration.

Not so good

I've had to replace 3 of these lights after only a couple years. No where near 7 years. Now one of the new lights isn't working right after only a month.

Great product

Selection on the website was extensive, found exactly what I was looking for. Be alert to picking the right lumen level as it has a default level that may not be what you want.

Recessed LED Lights

Bought box of LED recessed 4" lights with adjustable color. Came quickly, in 3 days and work great. Unbelievable low price.

Perfect replacement.

One of the 2 LED lights in the kitchen burned out. I replaced both of them with Sunco lights. They fit perfectly into the old housings and seem to provide even more light.

Warranty policy out of whack

I needed one $5 light to replace a light that stopped working after 2 years, website says 7 year warranty. However, you need the original purchase order to get a warranty replacement - this is a new house, I bought the house, not the light. I'm sure their staff spent more than $5 in time conversing with me, but no budge in the policy - need that original order number!

Disappointed

I bought this light after the original light went bad in less than two years! I thought LEDs were supposed to last for a very long time. The light is ok but does not appear to be of high quality.

No help

I bought the wrong color lights. 4000 K vs the 3000 I needed. My electrical engineering degree is non existent, I did not know the difference. They charged 10.00 shipping. They gave me no accommodation on the postage for the return,but did allow the return. Buy on Amazon. Amazon’s policies policies are customer forward. Do not buy directly from them. They are not at the standards of modern retail.
