Arrived broken, fix took weeks
Dishwasher cost over $1,300.00 and arrived broken with internal leak caused by faulty parts. ASKO's US post sales support from Pinnacle was slow to respond and annoying to deal with, requiring messages be left with a 48 hour period for them to respond each time. I was without a dishwasher for over a month as a result of the faulty product and servicing delays. The local servicing company, C&E Electric, left me with a working dishwasher but the door did not open fully and the lower trim was missing screws. I had to completely redo the installation myself. Just terrible
