These chairs are extremely sturdy, and after having them for over a year, they still look just as good as when they were brand new. I like how they were unfinished so we have the option to finish them if/when we want to, but we kept them unfinished and the natural look really compliments our kitchen. The only thing I would make sure people know is that the wooden design pieces on each side of the stools falls out occasionally when the chairs are moved. Nothing a little wood glue couldn’t fix, but just a heads up!

Mission style stools

This was so much better than I thought it would be. It is very well made. I did add glue to tenons before I screwed them in though but it is a very solid piece. Now I get to decide whether to paint or stain. They are beautiful!

Utility stool with style

I love this stool. It reminds me of one my grandmother had. I put sliders on the bottom and it moves under the counter very nicely.

This is a very solid, sturdy counter stool. It was very easy to put together. I like that I can add a custom finish with either stain or paint without needing to sand first. For less than $**, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and am very happy with the purchase!

Very happy with the stools. Perfect height and very sturdy. Wasn't expecting the quality to be as good as it was. It is also a hard to find style and we were so happy to find it.

Super sturdy and bulky stool that will stand up to anything! I painted it to match my decor. The only thing I would say is that you have to use good quality wood glue to glue the little decorative side pieces on or they will keep falling off but that's easy to do. Nice stool.

Great for the price

For the price these are really nice. Assembly was pretty easy. A few hardware pieces were missing. Came promptly. Packaging was done well. Definitely recommend.

These stools arrived so quickly. They assembled in 10 minutes using the hardware included, plus a phillips head screwdriver. I was impressed by the heft of these stools: solid and well-built. I am using them as end tables in my den. So happy with this purchase!

Sturdy and easy to build. Refinished with chalk paint and they turned out beautifully. Have had for over two years now and still holding up like they are new.

Nice stool but I expected it to be whitewashed from photo and not in so many pieces.

I was not able to put it together easily and have asked for help. I guess missed that it had to be put together with screws and washers. I will need help to put it together as you need two steady hands.

Exactly what I was looking for.

This is a sturdy, comfortable chair which can also be used as a step stool. I painted it to match my new breakfast bar and I'm very pleased with it. There aren't many items like this which you can finish off yourself!
