Disappointed after spending hundreds of dollars more than the ones on Amazon. Was hoping these were better quality than the cheaper ones. The whiplash is just as bad from the sudden breaking and acceleration. The controller is cheap. The radio works half the time. The USB port is not working after 2 weeks.

Best B-Day gift

I bought this for my little sister as one of her birthday gift, took about an hour to complete and took about three hours just to get my little sister off of it. She absolutely loves it! Glad I bought this for her.

It’s a nice kids truck. I’m giving it a 3 because I was disappointed that it doesn’t have 4 wheel suspension as advertised. Also the plastic looks like someone did a terrible wax job.it could be a little nicer. If it wasn’t falsely advertised I would get it a four.

Favorite Birthday Present!

We live in the country and bought this truck for a very active and brave 3 year old. So far so good! He takes it up and down hills, around the gravel driveway and loves life!

Great Ride on Toy!

Just purchased our 24V chevy ride on earlier this month. Was super easy to put together with good instructions...took 20 minutes. Runs great and goes through grass easily, especially having the 4wd version. Battery life is solid

Bought it for our grandson’s 1st birthday. He loved it! If I had to choose one thing, I think maybe a harness that can attach across the chest would work better for the kids that aren’t old enough to drive themselves. But overall, we love it!

Well, the rear wheel started to make a weird sound, I tried to troubleshoot but that didn’t work. Returning it.

It was a hit with my 5 year old granddaughter.

I (grandma) was able to assemble myself for my granddaughter’s birthday. She loves it.

Horrible customer service on protection plan

I contacted multiple people on replacement of this toy. I bout the protection plan and it’s been 48 hours and still no answers. Unacceptable!!! I want answers now. Why would anyone buy the extended warranty if they don’t get a new product or at least get it fixed.

Our son loves his "big truck" to drive around the neighborhood. Mechanically this has been a dream. Assembly was not bad at all, took around an hour if I recall. I had one issue with a mirror not clipping in properly, and after reaching out to big toys direct, they trouble shot a couple things but ended up sending me an entire new door, no cost, no hassle. I had twin daughters born this summer, and because of the exceptional service and experience with big toys direct, I'll be back to see what's in stock for them in a couple years.
