Bought this for my 4 year old. The roll bar broke off the first day of use. The battery does not stay charged and rendering this product useless

[Rewarded Review] Horrible Experience - Don't Buy

I purchased this for my christmas gift, and a motor was broken upon receipt. I reached out to Walmart who connected me with the vendor who said they would send out a replacement motor and never did. A few weeks later I reached out and they said they forgot and sent it. Once received there was no way to replace it without breaking the other pieces of the car, I even had a mechanic friend look at it. Then after 5 months of back and forth Walmart told me they can't refund me because it was outside of the window and the vendor was not honoring a refund either. I basically spent hundreds of dollars and received garbage and neither Walmart or the Vendor was willing to make it right.

It worked about 2 weeks before not working. All of a sudden the front tires would only drive reverse. It doesn’t go forward anymore.

HORRIBLE!!!

THIS ITEM STOPPED WORKING THREE MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE!! I CONTACTED THE SELLER IN MARCH OF 2023 WHEN THIS ITEM ORIG BROKE.AT THAT TIME MY CHILD HAD ONLY BEEN ABLE TO RIDE IT A HANDFUL OF TIMES. I GOT THE RUN AROUND ABOUT FIXING THE ITEM DOWN TO I SENT PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THE ITEM NOT WORKING AND IT STILL WASNT GOOD ENOUGH. I DIDNT WANT CASH OR TO KEEP THE BROKE ITEM JUST WANTED A FAIR SWAP WITH A WORKING TOYFOR MY CHILD. ONE YEAR LATER STILL NOTHING AND I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT THIS ENTIRE TIME WITH THE COMPANY. DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY DO BUISNESS WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Car had a crack in floor. Contacted customer service with a couple of pictures and quickly received an email back with tracking number of the replacement that was headed my way at no charge.

FedEx held package at their secure facility due to classified as high risk. Seller never called FedEx, didn’t contact me for 3 weeks. Spent over 9 hours on the phone with Walmart just to get a refund. Wouldn’t purchase from this seller or Walmart again.

This product is complete junk, it only lasted a couple months. Do not waste your money! The company will just give you the runaround until the return policy closes and then your stuck with an overpriced crap product.

This Jeep is a hit with the older kids because of the remote. Kids in the neighborhood, ages 6-12 were all running around the Jeep wanting to play and steer it next for the younger kids (ages 2-3) sitting inside the Jeep who couldn’t maneuver it on their own just yet.
