Exactly the right size. Very firm yet soft.
I really like these pillow inserts. They are very full, have enough firmness to keep it's shape but is soft to lean up against. I'm going to buy a couple more for some other pillows where the original stuffing has worn down. I don't see these pillows wearing down any time soon.

The pillows appear to be well-made and have full volume. The packaging of the product was not sufficient for shipping, and small rips in the exterior bag allowed for corners of the pillows to become stained (see package photo).
