SO upset about my sink. We just finished our kitchen renovation and all I see in the sink after ONE use is rust. I can’t believe it. Very disappointed. Kraus is a brand I always recommend to all my clients - will no longer recommend after my experience.

Easily scratched

We had the sink installed four months ago. The install went fine, no issues. I would not purchase again for two reasons, it is easily scratched and the angle that the water drains is not sharp enough. The water hangs out in the corners. I do love the size of sink, but that's about it.

Product never shipped!

Wish I could install and give a review on this item, but I am still waiting for it to be shipped! Unfortunately, I cannot cancel to purchase from the store because a label was created but still waiting a week for the carrier to get the product with no updates. My whole project is now being held up for this one sink. Absolutely worst experience with Home Depot.

Sold kitchen sink thats stainless steel, easy to clean and useful as heck. I decided not to get the apron farm sink and go for this simple understand sink. Its practical with an undermount counter so all food crumbs can be easily wiped in and cleaned up. Worth every penny. Very happy with this purchase

I love these sinks so much that I bought three for my renovation! I ordered this sink for the laundry room. I’m very excited to see it installed. It was so incredibly wrapped up to ensure not only safe from damage but also scratches on the interior of the sink. I was very impressived! Very fast shipping. Highly recommend. Will update w photos once renovations are completed.

This Kraus kitchen sink was just what I was looking for! The designer we’re working with recommended Kraus. I just received it the other day, so it’s not installed yet, but it arrived packaged really well, and everything looks in good shape. Will update after installed.

Love the style and depth of this sink. It's been installed for almost a year now. What I don't like is that the grid with rubber bumpers left a mark on the bottom of the sink. While using a soft cleaning cloth provided with the sink and no granular cleaning products I noticed some light scratches. It will have to stay since the sink was installed under the granite countertop.

If I could give negative stars, I would!

Great Sink

I bought this sink 10 years ago and it still looks great. The grate that is provided to place in the sink really works great and keeps the sink from getting scratched up. Sink cleans up very easily and I have had no problems with it for 10 years. Really good value compared to similar sinks that I looked at back when I purchased it.

Still love this sink after 10 years

I love the square design of this sink, and it drains well. For awhile I used the rack that came with it, as it kept the sink from getting scratched from pots, etc. But, it ended up getting scratches anyway, where the feet of the rack rested. The other benefit of the rack is it effectively makes the sink a little less deep, so, easier to reach in when washing dishes. And, it was a good price!

It’s a good quality sink and a nice size to fit our needs. The corners aren’t as sharp as I was expecting so that was a nice surprise for ease of cleaning the sink. The sink doesn’t slope down towards the garbage disposal so it’s a little more work to push food residue toward the disposal (doesn’t easily move with the sprayer).

Ended up selling the home in which this sink was installed-- so can't speak to longevity- but it was beautiful in the kitchen in which we installed it and was nice and deep for pans and dishes. We left around the year mark and there were no issues at that time. I would buy it again in the current home if I were to redo the kitchen here . . .

Love this sink. I was placing new counters in so had them place the holes for the faucet. Don't make my mistake. Or should I say the mistake the counter top installers made. If installing be certain the faucet is back far enough so the water goes straight down the drain otherwise it splashes in the sink and if throwing anything down the drain, water and food go around the sink vs straight down causing a lot of water splashing, spots, additional clean up ttime directing any food or drink down the drain. The sink itself is fabulous! Definitely recommend the sink.

Great sink. Quality purchase.

We purchase the 26" sink for our kitchen. Pitches water to the drain nicely. Quiet sides are really nice. We used to have an older stainless steel sink and it was annoying how much noise it made when washing dishes. Love how deep it is and a single bowl is awesome. My wife thought it was too deep until she put a roasting pan in it. Now she's a believer. We decided to purchase the deeper drain with the bucket (Kraus BST-1) separately. Glad we did. It makes a big difference. Some Kraus sinks come with it standard and others don't. The 26" sink does not. It just has a regular drain and plug. It does come with the rack in the bottom so you don't scratch the bottom of the sink. Sink came with all the necessary mounting pieces and a drying towel with a closeable hook. The drying rack on top of the left side we bought separately. Overall, we are definitely happy with our purchase. Highly recommend it.

We just love this sink. BTW it comes with the protective grid so no need to purchase separately. We mentioned to Wayfair to indicate this in the description of the sink as it is not mentioned and we purchased it separately. But it comes just as described in the picture, well packaged. It has a sleek ultra modern look and really enjoy the oversized sink for washing pots and pans. We paired it with a black faucet to make a statement in an all while kitchen. Looks really nice.

We have had this sink for years and still love it. So much so that we are moving to a new house and I'm about to order another one for our new kitchen. A good sprayer is a MUST though, beecause you need the grid to protect the sink bottom, and thus you can't sweep food into the drain with a sponge -- you need to use a sprayer to do this through the grate. The flat bottom means food won't slide down on its own without help (but a small price to pay for the stylish look). We originally had a side spray and it was great for that. Then we got a new faucet with the pull down sprayer and it has driven us crazy because you can't get the spray head at enough of an angle to push the food out of the sink corners and towards the drain. So maybe others have not had this issue, but I would recommend a side spray option for a faucet with this sink.

This sink isn't even a month old! Some grayish black stuff would come off on the towel while drying it. I tried drying it with a rubber squeegee to expel all the water first, before using the microfiber towel, and now I can't get rid of the squeegee marks! So, I Called Kraus for advice; after trying rubbing alcohol, datenatured alcohol unsuccessfully. I was told to use Bar Keepers Friend but that didn't work either.

Good quality, 10 years of use

Arrived quickly, all parts included and no damage. Have owned this sink for about 10 years. We don't use the included drain tray as I didn't like having to lift it up to clean under it. The bottom is scratched and scuffed as you would imagine, like all stainless steel sinks looked before the drain boards were a thing. I don't mind that a bit. As you can see from my real life photo :) it is deep and hold lots of dishes. We wanted something deep enough to hide the dishes when we don't have time to wash right away. The corners are square enough to look modern and curved enough to clean easily.

This is the most amazing sink I have ever owned. As an interior designer I have ordered some beautiful sinks but this surpasses them all. The quality and design are exquisite. The extra rack for the broom and the center drain strainer and cover are such a perfectly calibrated fit. The price was ridiculously low for something like this. It is a dream to use, look at and keep clean. There is really no maintenance and the finish doesn’t show water spots. It is very deep and wide - a workspace unto itself. Very spacious and a visual statement in the kitchen at my cabin. Wow!! You cannot go wrong with this sink - even the packaging was masterful.

We've had it since 2010, so about 9 years of daily use. It's held up very well and continues to work as an integral part of the kitchen. What's great: the thick stainless steel - no dent after 9 years; sound barrier coating - no tinny sound when the water hits; dish grid - debris can be washed away below the pans/dishes and protects the bottom surface; deep basin - swallows stacks of dishes; and single bowl - accommodates large pans with handles, entire baking sheet, or a large roasting pan. Our 30" sink just fit into the 30" Ikea cabinet. The simple rectangular design with near 90 degree corners work well with modern design. The kitchen sink is used (sometimes abused) daily. This high quality durable product has been well worth the investment. This item is highly recommended.
