Arrived broken in several places

This arrived broken in three places and the mount was completely unusable. Returning to store and purchasing something better quality

Disappointing quality of cabinet

This is a poorly constructed product that needs supplemental bracing materials and new frame guides to secure the glass. Instructions were a bit vague for assembling and installation. I would not recommend it.

I ordered the same cabinet twice, and each time it arrived damaged. The second time I had the Customer Service agent open the box, but when the contractors examined it at my home, they still found damage.

My first order the cabinet was broken and beyond repair. I returned it to Home Depot store and ordered another one. The second one was delivered damaged also but I was able to have my painter repair it. I would have returned that one also but my client really wanted that cabinet.

French cleat, broken glass, and broken glass clips

Review title says it all. I’m shocked it came in as good quality as it did. First, we had to spend time remounting the upper magnet as it would not catch the top of the door. Then we noticed the glass had chipped in transit and that all but three clips to frame the glass were shattered, cheap plastic. Garbage product, do not buy.

Do Not Order This

Hard to believe Home Depot sells this item. The 1ST time I ordered it there was no damage to the shipping box but inside the glass had been dislodged & all glass clips were broken & one door frame completely split & coming apart. The 2ND time I ordered it, same box condition & glass was again dislodged & all but 2 of 10 glass clips were broken & chips in parts of the frame & bottom shelf. There are no clip replacements available and we had to manufacture a solution. Definitely not worth $180

I wanted it to work but...it arrived damaged. I sent it back and now I'm still thinking about ordering it again...it was obvious (outer box) someone dropped it hard

Most glass retainer clips broken when unit taken out of box. One small chip noted on glass as well. I don’t know if it happened where it was shipped from, or en route to my home. However—I contacted Alaterre and requested replacement pieces. Instead of sending replacement pieces—they promptly sent an entire new cabinet! I appreciate the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. It is now on the wall in my bathroom, and looks beautiful. Love it.

Great Extra Storage in the Bathroom

I got this bathroom cabinet for my son who is at college. He and his roommates rent a house and extra storage is always needed. I have these bathroom cabinets in the bathrooms in our home and in our vacation home. They are great for storing things in the bathroom!

Too bad it was missing the french cleat. We had to use one our contractor had to replace it… but I absolutely love this piece!

Could be better

Craftsmanship C- Poor quality on cuts. It will work fine for me I think, but my wife hasn’t seen it yet. Arrived with broken parts and only option on Target app is to return whole unit. Which is ridiculous. It would cost me more in gas to take it to the store than the parts will cost. If the wife is happy with it all is good.

It came pre assembled but both cabinets I bought had the pieces that hold the glass in the door break up. So the glass wasn’t attached to the doors in both cabinets
