shipping/refund issues

One of the parts was the wrong style. one was damaged by what looks like molding issues. I was short parts at the end of my project. lowe's wouldn't help in a refund. its a online order product. i was told (after waiting two hours on the phone) to look up the company "google it" and contact them. i did with no response. never again will i shop lowe's.

Damaged and Items Missing

The crown moulding was cracked and pieces were missing. The box was obviously damaged and taped back together..

Good for the Price

Cut's very easy. It's a little fragile. Takes paint well. Once you get the hang of installing crown molding it's not that bad. Tip... Do all your corners first.
