It was perfect for what we purchased it for, but a little hard to put together and not as sturdy as I was hoping.
Wrong instructions sent to me, no response to request for correct ones!
Incorrect instructions sent. Can't finish the final assembly. Suspect a part may be missing.
Fun Christmas Decor Item
Great and fun decor project for our 20221 Christmas. The price beat that of competitors and we received the archway just 5 days after ordering. Excited for December to arrive so we can set-up our family Santa’s Workshop.
Perfect backdrop
It was perfect! Just what I needed. Looks great as a photo backdrop outside. The only problem was getting it to stay put in the wind. My husband was able to make some stakes and tie it down securely. Otherwise it would have been unusable.
Nice, but cardboard is too thin.
I really like the displays, I would have given five stars but the cardboard was not heavy duty cardboard therefore we can only use the displays one time, when you take them apart they rip. For the price I think they need to be made out of heavy duty cardboard so they could be reused. Nevertheless we like the displays just wish we could re-use them.
Where are the instructions?!
I'm so disappointed in this, it came with NO instructions at all! I even tried to google it. Also looks like some pins should have come as well so you can hold up the Santa's Workshop sign, but I got nothing!
Instructions are not clear
Product looked great but was difficult to assemble. Instructions were not clear. I called to confirm height and was told archway was over 11 ft tall.
Top Heavy and likes to fall over
It is adorable, and it tall. However, we weren't that impressed. It was top heavy and hated staying up. The slightest bump and it would fall over. It didn't want to stay together. I wish that there had been some sort of base with it. Not what I was expecting.

Loved it! Made a great entrance for our Santa Scene!
