I like it, but...

I like the pillow, but, I was a bit disappointed when I saw that it is made in China. Maybe it told me that on the website but it must have been buried somewhere. Other than that I would recommend it.

Great pillow!

This ended up not being the perfect fit for me but it's a great pillow and comes with the enhancer. If you want a medium softness and moderate loft pillow this is an excellent choice!

Still "NOT" the one!

Well, back to the drawing board! I've been searching for a good pillow for over 2 years now. I thought the answer would be this 3-in 1 pillow from Downlite, NOT! Just because a pillow is expensive does not mean it will work. This one does not work for me. Prior to purchasing this one I used a "contoured" pillow, which I'd purchased a few years ago...it worked, but was too old. I purchased another of the same, however, I found that that pillow was extremely too hard! I discovered two other pillows I thought would work and ended up returning them. Then, this pillow, which I thought was the winner. Once again, it just doesn't work for me! It is too soft, doesn't have any structure, and it caused me to have headaches which I've never gotten before. I also found myself getting hot during the night, another thing that was new. So now, I'm in a quandary. What to do now?

This is the best pillow on the planet. After purchasing a different style pillow that did not meet my expectations, this company refunded my money and recommended this one. Talk about fantastic customer service. I mean who does that anymore? I can’t recommend this pillow or this company highly enough.

Great Pillow

I stayed at a hotel in Portland, OR and loved the pillow. Took a peek at the tag and it was Downlite. Ordered one for home and I"m thrilled with it.

Never received the pillow

I was sent an email that it was shipped March 12th. March 26th and I still haven’t received it. Tracking number states label made but nothing has occurred since then. Prior purchases were great and received product in a reasonable time. I will probably not shop here again.

Really great quality pillow! I got the King size. Overall, super comfy. It was a little firm for me with the insert included to sleep on all night, though I am a back sleeper. The insert itself is okay not my fav to sleep on but better than when it is combined and too firm. But to note, but the exterior is way to thin to use by itself. SO FLUFFY IM GONNA DIE! Wow this pillow packs a puffy punch. So incredibly squishy an supportive. I love that you can take out one of the inserts to change how firm you want the pillow to be. An interesting concept for a pillow-- You can use the insert alone (VERY flat, almost the same thickness and feel as a plush duvet insert), the outside part alone, or both together for an extra-full pillow. I am a stomach sleeper so I tried sleeping on the insert-- I loved the feel, but it was too flat to actually sleep on. It also quickly gets squished and rotated inside a pillow case because it's so floppy. I will probably use all 3 together as a full pillow in my bed for extra back support while reading.
