[Rewarded Review] Patio table and chairs.

Product delivered un assembled and several bolts were defective. For ease of assembly the instructions stated that the 8 chair legs were labeled however only 3 had labels.

Fast shipping. Easy assembly. Only “complaints” are the lumbar pillows are extremely thin and puny ( will replace them) and some of the big bolts are very visible and not attractive.

Alot of pain and no gain. Mine was defective. First I put the table together. Then a chair. An hour later, I started the 2nd chair but it absolutely wouldn't fit together. So, I disassembled that chair, the first chair and then the table. I fit it as well as I could back in the box. A good 2 hour waste of time.

Great set for my front porch! Not as comfortable as I’d like, but for the money, it can’t be beat! Was a little time consuming putting it together, but I’m not that great at reading directions lol soooo…others may put it together quicker and easier than I did. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

Very disappointed

I truly don’t like to submit negative reviews but I have not had a good experience with BCP and this product. It is engineered poorly, the screws are very visible (unattractively so) they do not fit completely into their required spot so there are sharp edges and the plastic faux wicker is unraveling! I took pictures and contacted customer service. I was told to take it apart and ship it back-with no information as to where and shipping info. People work super hard for their incomes and we hope online wise, we’re making positive choices. I would not recommend this product.

Came with missing parts and then told me they were unable to send me the missing parts. ??? Dont buy from Walmart. They use a third party vendor which makes everything extremely complex. Not even willing to give me full refund. Ridiculous

[Rewarded Review] Really nice and sturdy 3 piece set

Loved how sturdy this set is and it looks great on our front porch! It does take some time putting it together and it would be great if the cushions had Velcro straps to keep them attached to the chairs, spent some time chasing them down on windy days. Overall very nice set and looks great!

I purchased this to place on my front patio that gets little use but I still wanted it to look good! It was easy to assemble and just what I expected . I purchased the black cushions, I love the look! Once the trailing black vines climb in my planters surrounding the set, it will be complete !
