Awesome set!

I have used these pans 100% trouble free. Some here say that food sticks and burns to them, to those people, might I suggest researching how to cook with stainless, it's not difficult but there are "rules" and if you have never cooked with stainless, there's a bit of a learning curve.

I loved the pots at first sight. After first use and wash, I began to see this rainbow like discoloration inside the pot which doesn't seem like it's going to change.

Not worth it

I got them in February of this year and they're already dam. The worst. The handles get extremely hot!

Kitchen Aid

The design of these pots and pans are lovely. The pans do cook faster than other stainless steel/aluminum pots and pans. These pots are extremely heavy and difficult to clean. It is advised that cooking spray not be used. So I find that it is almost impossible not to use cooking spray or oil spray. I like to caramelize many of my meats and veggies. There is a price to pay if a spray is not used; 4 days to clean a frying pan and it still has a residue look in the pan. I find myself using older pans because they are much lighter to handle and certainly much easier to clean.

The perfect stainless steel set

This is not non-stick. It doesn't say in the packaging. But this is the perfect stainless steel set. The thick base is retains heat well and it's good for searing. The 2 lids have 2 different sizes of holes on each side so you can drain different size pastas! Just soak it in water for about 30 mins before washing to make it a lot easier to clean.

Good set!

Pans seem sturdy and heavy duty! One of the lids had a small dent in it upon arrival but not a big deal. Haven’t used it yet, but purchased over another big name brand due to the straining lids. Lid handles do get very, very hot.

Hopefully I won’t have to modify this review as I’ve only used one of the pans once so far BUT it was incredible! I’ll leave my commentary about how stunning these are aesthetically but they are very nice to look at, in my opinion. When it comes to function, I love the heft of these pots and pans! They feel substantial and sturdy. All I did was fry a couple of eggs with the tiniest bit of cooking spray they slipped out, leaving zero egg behind! Cleanup was a breeze and I can’t wait to cook much much more!
