Quality is lower than previous

Bought before and this one quality is much lower. The new one expanded metal tray bottoms is flimsy , wheels on the unit is smaller and cheap and flimsy, the height is not the same. I bought a second to match my first but it does not fit well next to each other with the differences. First was purchased December 2022, purchased this new one November 2024. Quality is much lower would not have bought if I knew. I would have went with a different brand better quality and bought 2 new ones so they would match.

Excellent home organization solution

I love the sturdiness, price point, versatility, and style of these carts. I own a few in different colors. I have used them for various purposes in different rooms of my house. My favorite use has been for Our Generation doll/American girl doll organization. The dolls sit on the top rack, the clothes and accessories get organized in containers on the bottom two racks. My girls can easily push their carts into the living room and back to their bedroom depending on where they play, and it is easy for them to clean up and maintain organization themselves.

Nice, Sturdy Cart

Great utility cart. It holds a lot of different items very well. The price is okay. Could be cheaper, but could also be more expensive. I think it's good quality for the price. It's very easy to assemble. The written assembly instructions are not the best, but you can figure itg out using the pictures. The utility cart definitely feels sturdy and like it will hold up for a while.

Defective merchandise

I have purchased over a couple of thousand dollars worth of bar carts from secondipity and got lucky. When I received a different bar cart than what I had ordered and That also had a missing part, the customer service agent told me that he had suspended my account because he believed that I was a reseller and had ordered too many items from them.

Very bad packaging

Good product. But Very Bad packaging!!They pack three baskets all together. It is very very very hard to separate them. I spent 20mins to pull them apart but didn’t succeed. Finally, I got tools to knock them and finally separate them. Please do not pack in this way any more.

Bad packaging - could not get pieces apart

I bought two of these white carts and unfortunately cannot get the pieces apart to assemble it. One shelf is jammed into another. After struggling for 15 minutes with the first one with no luck, I opened the next box. Same issue. So I hopped on here to read reviews and see this is a common issue. It’s so disappointing because I have 4 of these already in different rooms in my house, and they are awesome carts. The ones I previously purchased, my 3-year-old and I assembled together in 10 minutes. There is obviously something wrong with the batch these came from, so I’ll have to return. So sad.
