Horrible customer service from Walmart

That I sent I ordered came damaged and I am having an awful time trying to get my refund for the two nightstands I received. I want them to pick up both nightstands and having a lot of difficulty with them doing so. I would never ever ever recommend ordering from Walmart for products that are third-party, Walmart should stand behind us and they are not and I have to fight it on my own.

Order at risk of damage!

Ordered 2 nightstands - 1 received with a broken leg. Contacted Macys to return (transferred several times ) finally got someone to send UPS for pickup. I was told my card would not be credited - but would receive a gift card and I could call to get that balance taken off my account except for shipping- which I do not believe I should pay for shipping on a damaged product. I just received the replacement order and guess what - a leg is broken off!!! Luckily my husband is able to fix this - and the only reason I’m doing this is to not have to go thru the hassle of another return and shipping fee. I have been a customer for over 40 years and have never had this poor of service. The furniture was expensive to begin with and then pay shipping for damages products - let’s just say I’m never buying furniture from Macy’s again.

Macys has not been helpful at all

When delivered a leg was broken off and Macys has been awful to deal with!!! They would not give me a credit and would not have the piece picked up. We had to take it to Macys a large piece of furniture and still fighting to get full credit!!

A bit pricey

The drawer slides on the nightstand are very stiff and when you open the drawer, the whole cabinet wants to move.

These are beautiful and a great value for the cost/quality. One did come damaged but Houzz made it right and sent another right away. It came in good. Very happy with this purchase and have ordered for 2 different clients now.

We live in a remote area, and these beauties came within 3 days of placing the order, super fast! Nice, heavy, solid wood, the taupe color is just right. Very pleased.

Wonderful piece of furniture. Love the look . Unfortunately one of the two nightstands arrived damaged. The Houzz team jumped right on getting the situation fixed. Can’t express how great they were to work with. Am waiting for the replacement. Very happy!

I purchased two of these nightstands from a picture only and absolutely loved them. Beautiful design, love the antique taupe finish, they are well made and nice weight to them. My one rip if you purchase little the furniture do not drag, the legs are delicate.

Beautiful night table for the price. Ordered 2 - one was damaged from shipping. Houzz was great and I received a replacement within a few days.

Shipment of replacement never completed

I love the nightstand. it looks exactly like the photos. I ordered 2. They arrive already assembled. But, as was the case for other buyers, one came with a broken leg. Both arrived on time. I returned the damaged one for a replacement. Return processed fine. But, after 6 weeks, I still haven't received a replacement for the damaged one. I give. I am going to ask for a refund.

Great buy for the price. I was thrilled that I could just pulled it out of the box. No assembly required.

Not as pictured online

Color in person is not as pictured online. Color is more of a yellow/ green shiny hue. I was expecting more of a raw wood color like what was pictured. The quality is very good just wrong color.

Traditional taupe nightstand

I had been looking at this nightstand on several sites for months. Some sites had it priced at two and three times what I found it for at Walmart. It arrived in pristine condition and is one of the most well made pieces I've ever bought. Was so surprised and pleased with the quality. Finish is beautiful. I was

Poorly built

The color and style of the nightstand were perfect! However, every order came in with damaged legs - broken and cracked. Walmart did an amazing job of replacing the original order - easy and quick! In the end, I had to get a refund because the nightstands just did not ship well. The manufacturer made a mistake in having the legs already assembled before shipping.

Very Sturdy

Very sturdy and the drawers are spacious. I like the antique look without the oldness of the wood product. Fresh and still stylish.

Disappointed!!

The night stand arrived unscathed. The drawers open and close easily but the finish is more moss green than shown in the picture. I love its shape and size but if I had known this was the color instead of soft green which was advertised, I would have held off buying it. I have contacted a painter who specializes in doing furniture to see if she can change it. I have learned my lesson and would never buy big purchase (over $500) without viewing in person. Live and learn.
