looks good, but no filters

looks good when installed. however unable to find the appropriate charcoal filters for the unit. basically renders the “exhaust fan” useless.

This item was delivered to the wrong address but Wayfair replaced it free of charge

Sleek design

It's a very nice range hood, I just wished that the chimney would be longer for high ceilings. I made it work though.

No quality control

This item should never have been boxed. It has black smudges all over it that do not come off. I called the manufacturer as required by them. I have not heard back.

I love the look, the material, how light weight it is. I just wish the instructions were easier to understand. But other than that, this was a good our hase for me

Really happy with the appearance of this range hood. However, instructions were dismal and the hardware pack was incomplete. The item came with a protective film that was difficult to remove and unable to remove where completely as it extended below/behind trim preventing complete removal.

Poor Instructions & Missing Hardware

The hood seems decent enough. Comes with protective film over metal body that is difficult to remove completely. Hardware was not complete and instructions were inadequate.

The hood is great, but the recommended filters on homedepot.com do not fit

Such a great addition to my kitchen. Using it as unvented and it works very well.

Looks good, works well, . lighting is so much brighter than previous unit. Has better suction. I only have to run it on low most of the time to achieve what I did on high. And I wouldn't say it's quiet but it is much quieter than previous unit.

Good Product - Poor Service

Excellent product look and operation, but extremely poor service. Repeated attempts via email and phone to obtain the proper installation hardware and CORRECT owner's manual for the model purchase was not achieved.
