The product arrived damaged in one corner despite the good condition of the box. Internally, the range hood was damaged. I cannot prove if it was repackaged... unpleasant situation.

Gorgeous, however, it came damaged. I had to run out for another due to the installation team being at my house charging me for service. I donated it to Habitat for humanity per Wayfair.

Love the Hood

This matches our cabinets perfectly. It's just the right size. We had a little issue with moving the electrical outlet but that's not the hood's fault

This fan has worked great for a temporary solution until we could afford a custom piece. We painted it to match our cabinets and it has held up well this past year. The vent works great and lights are nice. Only complaint is the fan is a bit loud even on the lowest setting, however it does not bother us too much as it does work great. For those in need of a convertible fan, this is a great option.

Great Quality, Easy to Install

I love this range hood. It goes so nice in our kitchen.I couldn't believe how fast the delivery was and it was free. We just finished building our house and are finishing the kitchen. This was the perfect choice and we got such a great deal on it. We are glad we got it and look forward to using it for a long time.

Overpriced for the quality

I was really hoping this would be a great buy. I love the unique shape and the controls mounted below. However, as soon as I started unpacking, I was disappointed. The box appeared to have been opened and repackaged as the tape was clearly cut and (poorly) resealed. The exposed metal had very obvious smudges and even some fingerprints. The protective film had some sizeable scratches and even more fingerprints. I ignored that and figured I'd just have to clean it a bit extra once it was installed. Installation was okay; the keyholes are within the canopy, so fastening the screws was more difficult then it typically is. I think the light coverage was good, but the noticeably yellow lights were another unexpected disappointment. Finally, I tried out the fan. I almost needed to wear hearing protection. When I ramped it up to the highest speed, the metal of the hood was audibly rattling.

First very quick shipping, second items was packaged very well no damage. The rounded look gives a softer look to our kitchen, easy install and directions.

The AKDY hood was delivered in a very timely manor. The hood was in perfect condition and was easy to install. It looks just like the pictures online. The carbon filters are easy to install.

This item appeared sooner than I expected and seems to be in perfect shape. I have not peeled the protective cover off yet, but all appears to me nicely padded and shipped. I think it is stylish and a good value. THANKS!
