Very disappointing! Can't install the range hood as parts weren't included to install through rear vent. Need optional accessories that are difficult to obtain in Canada. No response from company so far.

It’s been about a month since installation and the hood is doing its job. Ultra quiet on quiet mode but a little loud on highest. It’s better than our old one which was a howler and is finished very well. Installation is a pain though because the thing is heavy. KOBE should include the rectangular attachment TVC20 for top mount instead of customers having to buy it considering what you pay for the hood. I had to improvise and use my old one as it wasn’t available in my area and I hear they don’t make it anymore. Careful when opening the baffles to clean and use two hands. I dropped one on my glass top. There should be a support under the slide in tabs. No damage thankfully. Overall, I like it.

Just got it installed. Seems to be working well. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit loud. But that just reminds me to turn it off! Looks good.

Very quite if you are on quite mode and H speed isn’t very loud like the other cheap brand. Stainless steel is better quality than cheap model made in China. Overall is satisfied and easy clean the greasy on the grill.

Best looking under-cabinet range hood we've found. Takes some knowledge to install the vent ducting & hook up the electrical wiring, so i wouldn't describe it as "easy"; but it went up, fit & performs as expected. Came with all of the original parts and in original packaging.

Looks great and wasn't particularly hard for my contractor to install. But the packaging was very frustrating. I spent hours removing the protective film, and then the GLUE from the protective film that remained.

Hood looks good and performs well. Be advised that a 6” round Top mount duct is the default option Rear or rectangular duct require additional part. Instructions are minimal, no mounting template, and mounting holes should not need to be punched out by installer. Inline damper has a bit of a rattle. Hood is designed to be hardwired. It does not come wired with plug in cord. It is a good value for the money, but probably shouldn’t be your first hood install

Although I just bought this Range Hood I am extremely disappointed and upset that the Optional Accessories TVC20 listed in the instruction is no longer available! I will be forced to have someone drill a hole in my cabinet to modify it from a rectangle to a circle exhaust!

Excellent exhaust hood.

I replaced a poorly vented microwave with this exhaust hood. I could not be happier. The quiet setting is probably the same as the old microwave exhaust but it is a different sound that does not bother me like the old fan did. This is a bit loud on turbo but not too bad considering the CFM.

The hood is as advertized; designed for external venting, good power, decent quietness unless on full, good LED lights. The installation needs a few caveats; the unit doesn't come with the necessary attachments for the venting (an extra $50) unless you use the round out-the-top venting. That's pretty disappointing for a $450 unit...

Nice looking range hood. It works great so far. I used the tip from one of the review and built a little wood frame to support and put the car jack under neath and boom, installation was easy.
