Glass got broken and we can't find replacements

Less than a year ago, we purchased this vent hood and had it installed professionally. Three months ago we woke up at glass shattering sound from the kitchen at 3:00am,we go to check out and we found the glass all over the kitchen countertops and floor. It got shattered mysteriously by itself and no one was around it. We have been looking for parts since then with no luck. Avoid this manufacturer at all means.

Not sure I would recommend this hood. It comes with only two duct parts, because of our slanted ceiling we could have used a third one. Also the clock is sometimes on military time. Would not recommend it.

Great Value

I purchased this range hood vent from Home Depot for my spice kitchen and I am very happy with it. We have 11' ceilings and we also purchased the matching exhaust extensions. The installation of the pair was a breeze, very simple. Installed the bracket and install the unit with extension vent tubing. The unit started with no problem and it runs smoothly on all 3 fan levels. I love the LED lights, they are beautiful and bright. The whole unit is so beautiful, the curved glass, the control panel and the filters are ally perfectly aliened and beautifully paired. I am really exited to start using this unit on daily bases. I could not have been happier with my decision to make this purchase. I am so excited and happy that I purchased this unit.

I use this range often in the 1st and 2nd settings with great results. They are not noisy and effectively remove the smell of food.

This unit is well made nd looks great when installed . the unit is quite heavy and requires two person installation. you will have to buy seperate screws to install and washers.
