NEW BLACK KITCHEN HOOD

We absolutely love our new BLACK kitchen hood from Proline! Thank you Jacinda for your fantastic customer service and the time you took with us on the phone to make sure we selected the correct hood and chimney! Everything is perfect and the installation was a breeze! My husband and his friend installed it in about an hour. The quality of the hood is great and it's beautiful! It fit so well in our space that it looks like a custom hood and install. We couldn't be happier! Thanks again!

I have enjoyed this range hood for the last 5 years and it is the main part of the kitchen! Our whole family enjoys cooking and its definitely helpful to know that we can clean any odor out, thank you Proline!

The hood itself is great, but customer service was inconsistent. I had issues with delivery and received the wrong model. When I called, I was told to modify the hood to make it fit, which caused problems. If I’d received the correct model initially, it would’ve been a much better experience.

The quality of the Proline hood is fantastic for the price. The maximum 600 CFM is exceptional and more than enough for any cooking on our range. It almost doubles as a whole-house fan—it’s so powerful!

We recently received our 48-inch plfw 520 for our new home. It arrived quickly, and Proline’s customer service is outstanding. I can’t wait to get it installed next month!

Our hood arrived earlier than expected and was well-packed. Our installer found the manual easy to follow, and the installation went smoothly with some minor adjustments. Our previously smoky, unvented kitchen is now nearly smoke-free. The fan does a great job, and we love the LED lights—they’re bright without getting as greasy as our old hood’s bulbs. We hope to use this hood for a long time.

It’s a fantastic hood with a clean look. I’m so thankful we got it. Installation was a bit tricky, but support helped me resolve the issues quickly. Really happy to have this to keep our kitchen clean.

Was packed and shipped with multiple damaged spots. The box wasnt damaged, so this was damaged during assembly and quality control missed it. Assuming there is a quality control department. As a 64 year old single woman, having to wait on a handyman, this is a MAJOR setback. Now I have to return it and wait on a new one, and reschedule w this guy.

The PLFW 520 hood fit perfectly with my existing custom hood, and it’s way more powerful and way quieter than my old Broan one we had.
