Although a decent product for the cost, the unassembled product was shipped with 1 incorrect leg. Customer service sent a replacement in 1 week, but the hinges are the wrong size and the access door cannot be mounted. The factory probably knew this, so they originally included a wrong leg to cover their incompetence. It will take 2 more months to get a leg / door that are compatible. Chinese manufacturing is as bad as U.S. poor quality back in the 60's and '70's.

The delivery was great and that is about the best thing I can say about this purchase. The stricture was broken and the manufacturer has sent two pieces to us and they still are not correct. We haven’t even been able to use it yet as the door was reconfigured and the parts don’t fit properly.

Everything was great. My only problem is two of the screws or defective and I'm trying to find the right size.

It doesn’t work. I put it all together and the ignition switch doesn’t work.

The flame height and the amount of heat it throws is easy to control by a simple turn of the adjustment knob. Sitting next to the fire pit is very comfortable. The flame keeps you nice and warm and toasty on even the coolest summer nights. The boarder surface around the actual fire pit leaves enough space for a beverage or small plate.
