This wine refrigerator was in our residence when we purchased. It has served us well. The assistance by the Whynter associate, Angel, was invaluable when the temp probe needed to be replaced. Great customer service.
Whynter 34 Bottle Wine Fridge - not as described!
While this looks very nice, the shelves are too small to fit 34 standard size WINE bottles. Beer bottles would fit! I expected better quality from something sold at Macy's and also for the price.I am returning it!

Fridge started doing a weird noise every 20 minutes or so. It's getting louder and O have been using it for less than 3 months.
This wine refrigerator is noisy and and regret buying this. I’ve have called customer service and they really didn’t care to replace or refund me my money so do a lot of research and check reviews before purchasing you will thank me later!

Outstanding refrigerator
I bought this to replace one I had for years and this one is much better. I like the wood shelves, and the fact you can return open bottles to stay cool in the upright position. This wasn't a feature I had thought about when we bought it, but we use all of the time. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

decent product except for the noise
it was packaged well... the cooler makes much more noise than my previous cooler however. It is audible from 20 feet away, when the compressor kicks on
