Love the bench but it’s not as strong as I expected. I weigh 145 pounds and it’s fine. But someone over 200 pound may feel unsteady

Worked as decribed. just directions could have been clearer. Also screws that came with unit, the heads stripped out easily.

Exactly as shown, looks great, installed over tile in bath, just need a wood backing under the tile to attach, but works great and fold up keeps it out of the way. Price way cheaper than any other we looked for, actually put 2 in the walk-in shower

The first one we received had a dentchip out of the corner - we’re guessing from the shipper - due to the box being dented and ripped in the same spot. We were pretty disappointed, but I contacted Wayfair in writing via their messaging service and they shipped a new one to us - which arrived in perfect condition, so we sent the first one back. It’s a really nice bench - the wood is smooth, well finished and a beautiful colour. We haven’t installed it yet, since it’s for a new build - so no pictures unfortunately - the shower is 48”, so the 36” size should be perfect. Many others we looked at appeared too small for the space.

I guess that is why this is a heavy discount item. In addition, no refund for the handyman service you paid for because handyman did show up but couldn't do anything with $69 installation fee.

This bench is so well made and looks so nice the price was super affordable cant wait to start my bathroom remodel this spring its going to look so nice i like that it folds down to and has a weight capacity of 400lb . My husband is a plumber and he was impressed on how well it is made if youre debating on this one just buy it you wont be disappointed. Happy Shopping
