[Rewarded Review] Frustrated

I bought this on October 1, 20024 along with another big ticket item. This item was a lateral filing cabinet that came in fully assembled but was slightly dented in the middle of the second drawer and when I opened the second drawer, it now doesn’t want to close. I called Office Depot because when I received my cabinet it didn’t come with an invoice, no key, nor instructions. I called Friday late afternoon and of course, the third party was gone for the day and would have to speak to them on Monday. I called and I was given a wrong number- it was another department of Office Depot. They transferred me again and of course it’s a third party vendor. I couldn’t speak with anyone about this issue and had to leave a message. This along with another defective big ticket item I bought, I decided enough is enough and called Office Depot to have my items returned and get my money back! AND NOW!! I have to wait for some escalation department to call me back so they can do the return. It’s like red tape to get through! I just want this stuff out of my house and my money back! Never wrote a worst review in my life! I will never buy another big ticket item here ever again

Damaged

Both cabinets were damaged. I processed a return and have not been contacted by any one on when I would receive the credit or when they would be picked up

One of the filing cabinets was delievered damaged. So we refused and they took the 1 cabinet back and said it would be replaced. To this day it hasn't been or a credit issued. They choose to ignore the problem.

This 2-drawer lateral file cabinet is perfect for our home office. The drawers are plenty big to hold all of our files and still have space for storing cables, etc. We ordered it online and it was delivered a day early in perfect condition. It is solid enough for us to put a TV on top of it. The charcoal is a rich color and doesn't show dust as quickly as black would.

I'm very happy with my purchase of the 2 drawer lateral file cabinets, it comes with lockable drawers and has a tip over safety where only one drawer can be open at the same time. High quality metal...these things can hold a lot. Loved it so much, I got another

It is quite durable and heavy

Really nice cabinet

Just bought this for my wife. Made super well. Only one small issue. They glue cinderblocks inside the bottom so it wont tip over. So it makes it HEAVY !!!! But otherwise its GREAT !!!

The Cabinet arrived in a timely manner and in good shape. Thought we might have to assemble, but it came all put together with NO dents! It was just perfect for our needs. The Boss is very please.

Arrived fully assembled (as promised). Nice looking, the drawers work great. (Had to work at releasing the weights in the bottom back so that open drawers would allow the cabinet to tip over as we wanted it on the second floor and not feeling too strong.) Carried them up separately and wasn't a big problem. Reinstalled weights and feel safe about potential of tipping over. Bottom line, very happy with file cabinet and it looks great.

I bought this for my home office and it does the job. The only thing that would make it nicer is if it had a shallower top (third) drawer for office supplies.
