Very disappointed in the product as it was not as full as it looks in the pictures. The color was too light for where I wanted to use it, but that's on me. BUT when I went online to return the products, the process showed a price of $15.99 as the return shipping cost. Wayfair emailed me the QR codes and charged $29.99 as the return shipping cost. Both the costumer service and the chatbot said without proof to prove that $15.99 was quoted, they couldn't do anything. SO BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY AND TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF ALL YOUR INTERACTIONS.

Definitely looks real but ‘feels’ like it’s made out of paper. Much smaller than I was expecting (fullness wise) . . .definitely won’t work for what I wanted it for but it is a nice faux plant.

The AZ Sun is unforgiving and plants can’t handle the summer heat. This plant is realistic looking, javelina proof, and should do well in a pot outside my front door. You won’t be disappointed…

Warning - don’t expose to high heat conditions. These looked great until the heat basically melted them. I did a UV spray to protect the color but did not think about the extreme heat. I have one on front porch that is protected and it is fine. I put 3 in front of a southwest garage - so with radiant heat from concrete - it probably was at least 110 degrees and they bent and flopped. See pictures. So - if you can put these in a more protected environment- go for it. Just know - plastic melts! And I’m out a ton of money since I bought the large size.

Not very happy with my order. I am very relucted to shop at wayfair anymore. Seems someone has made a huge mistake on my order. I am a senior and can't afford to lose this money. I have been saving for this plant since awhile and am very upset it saying I received this plant but did not. I only hope you can fix this so I can get it thanks!

Love my onion grass potted plant! I got the 36” height and placed it in a 6” diameter ceramic and rattan pot and it really elevates the look of my room. The plant was in excellent condition out the box and there really was nothing I had to do to straighten the look of the grass. Excellent quality purchase!

Oh my gosh!!! It is so beautiful and realistic, plus of great quality . It does not have UV resistance I did purchased 2 for outdoors. I will buy a product that will protect them from fading the elements. For me this purchase was so worth the price. . Even with the pandemic, my order arrived within 5 days. I am ordering 2 more smaller ones for my patio. I am 100 pleased
