Works amazingly well, and being able to throw the filters into the dishwasher is so convenient. For the first time in over ten years we can cook without worrying about setting off the smoke detector.

Do not buy unless you can adjust the height

it's a decent exhaust fan, the lights are bright but the controls you have to really press. It has good flow but the instructions suck. I mean they are beyond terrible. They have 8 different fan styles and very basic instructions. Something Lowes doesn't have in the description is it will not fit a standard ceiling unless you can set it 30 inches from the stove. The chimney will not fit unless you modify it...a lot. The entire fan has got a wrap over it that took 3 hours to remove. it suggests you use a hairdryer, and it does help. issue was you want the wrap on it until it's up to keep it from scratching and it does it well. It's just beyond impossible to remove it from everything once the exhaust fan is up. Now that it's installed, it looks nice. Although now I have to spend a second day putting up new back splash because I had to remove 3.5 inches to install the chimney. If I could go back and buy something else I would.

Works as advertised- plenty of cfm for my needs, right width & correct length for decorative exhaust to ceiling & touchless operation is great! looks great in kitchen- blue display really looks great. pay close attention to instructions- they are inconsistent- but common sense will help

Powerful cooktop range hood

Very powerful venting and it fits perfectly on my kitchen, with the duct installed horizontally across a garage ceiling and to the outside. Easy, visual controls plus a remote.

Nice looking and working unit

The package (big box) came damaged on all edges but all inside was well protected and in good shape. I converted mine for ductless, it works well. Complaints are the low speed is too high, the gesture control is too sensitive. I put a tiny piece of black electrical tape over one eye (there are two, left and right) so it does not see my head as a gesture when I move past it doing stuff in the kitchen or while cooking. After living with the thing turning on and changing speeds for a few days, I decided the gesture feature was one innovation seeking a use that requires more attention than just touching the control panel to get the result I want. I might try a few layers of scotch tape to see if I can reduce sensitivity that way and still use the feature but since touch controls are so easy to use, may I will wait to waste time on this when the weather is bad, I am incredibly bored or fall down drunk and hit my head so hard I forget I have other things I could be doing. Gesture control is obviously a good idea for kids and dogs. It does not work reliably with spouses in my experience, creating other complexities and even discord. I think vent hood operation is one which probably does not need it either and in fact, is a questionable choice for its application.

Appearance is very nice.

Install was a bit difficult due to the directions not real accurate and didn’t specify what screws went where. Trial and error got the job done. Install went as planned. The hardest thing was removing the protective sheet on the stainless.

Nice looking hood with strong suction

Recently replaced my old vent hood with this one. I am happy with it so far. The suction is strong but of course it comes with being a bit noisy which is understandable. I hired a handyman to install it so I cannot comment on the instruction that came with it.

A cost-effective range hood suitable for Chinese cooking

The stainless steel material of the range hood is much thicker than that of ordinary range hoods. It is similar to engineering-grade 304 stainless steel. The material is very good and equipped with a protective film. The installation is relatively simple, but if the stainless steel material of the wall is made to be concave and convex, it will be more durable. The hardness is much better, and the suction power is also good. Amazing customer service!

This company provides amazing customer service! We had an issue with the range hood, the company sent us parts to fix is (lights and a new circuit board). When that did not fix the problem, they sent a whole new range hood.

motion sensor is aggravating..

good looking range hood, good value for the money. Heavy duty high quality. the only problem is the motion sensor for the exhaust fan. Every time i walk by the fan comes on. there needs to be a recall. But I. still love it

Broken after a year and a half

The system fails and fully shuts down if the lights are turned on. Very disappointing, I'm guessing the internal electrical is faulty. Will update if they give me a replacement or refund

Looks great and CFMs are wonderful at drawing smoke out of the kitchen. I am still not able to the hand waving function that well; however, the device is simply and effective to use, manually. Love the light feature!
