Had to return it twice

It has caused headaches. The first time the mirror arrived with the glass broken. We drove it back to Home Depot and ordered another one. When that one came in, we installed it but when we got to the last panel, the particle board had deteriorated and the hinge wasn’t working. So now it’s installed with one panel missing. We have to take it off the freshly painted wall, package it and return it again. Lastly, we need to shop for a different product.

Damaged 3 units from shipping directly and from store. Traveled some miles to complete project and loss time and fuel.

No Flange or Lip

There is no flange or lip to cover rough out. Even though instructions say there is and provides pictures of flange. 800 # for vendor doesn't work. Customer service through email does respond but does nothing to resolve. They say instructions are referring to a lip... There's no lip either.

Difficult to install. Pegs will not hold up shelf, so they Keep falling down.

Nice cabinet

Pretty nice cabinet. This is the 3rd one we ordered but just like 1 other we are going to have to return this because of it being damaged.

The order was filled very quickly.

Excellent size and adjustable shelves. Shelves do not have a center support and will likely bow very soon with weight in them being that they’re 30 inches wide and made of pressboard instead of a natural wood board. It would be nice if the shelves of each of the three sections could be adjusted individually. My cabinet was cracked on the side when it arrived but I’m recessing it so I think it will be hidden.
