Cute but broken! Terrible customer service.

The Santa is darling but broken. Have not had any luck with the number to Christmas Central on my packing slip. After being on hold for 33 min I spoke to someone who provided me an email to send pictures of the damage. I did what was asked and still have not received a response or an offer to resolve my issue. Terrible customer service.

I absolutely LOVE my Santa! The list of names came off during shipping, so I need to hot glue that back in his hand but that's no big deal. I am having a hard time getting the list to look right though because of the twisted wire sewn into the fabric. I just can't seem to get the list to flatten so it actually looks like Santa's holding a long piece of paper. I'm afraid if I mess with it too much, the fabric will rip. Overall, it's exactly what I was looking for, and I've very happy with the purchase.
