Wish it were as shown in picture
The hinges for the drop leaves were not installed correctly to allow the leaves to be level with the main table top, so anything placed on a leaf would be subject to the risk of sliding off onto the floor. The color and finish of the wood are quite satisfactory, so we can remove the four little short hinges on each leaf, and properly install 30 inch piano hinges to make the table useful. I called hayneedle and described the problem. They apologized for the inconvenience and made an adjustment to the price to cover the cost of the repair.
