The shelves are just as expected and will fit perfectly in the smallish closet they are intender for. The shipping box did not survive the trip in the best of condition and one of the shelves shows some minor cosmetic scrapes. But, this will not impair the usefulness of the shelves.

Not the best.

Trying to get these shelves even was a nightmare. The plastic shim would slide down, the shelf would pop up and when we tried to push the shim back up and the shelf down, another one would pop out. The shims are trash - the poles slip right out - they should be made of a softer material, such as rubber, or a rubber composite.

Package came all in tact.

Very heavy wire and has a protective coating on it! Better than Home Depot!! And way cheaper!!

Great product...needs better packaging

The design and size are perfect. The shipping packaging needs some improvement, the round edges punched through the cardboard and the end of one shelf was bent with broken welds (see picture). I called the 800 number included in the package and was promised a replacement shelf would be shipped ASAP ... so far I have been waiting one week

Sturdy, affordable: Good price, good find

Looked for a unit like this one everywhere. I wanted a wire shelving unit that would match one I already owned and which would fit in a specific space. This is perfect, and about $30 cheaper than building a custom one through parts online.
