Good rack and easy to assemble

Easy to assemble and very strong. Came in with no damage at all. The instructions were easy to follow and was able to install most of it by myself. Would recommend a second person when you install the last 3 shelves. Immediately put 15 bins on the shelves and rolled the rack into place within the garage.

Attractive, strong, and durable

The TRINITY 5-tier EcoStorage Chrome Wire Shelving Storage Racks are terrific. This is our second purchase. Our first rack of the same size is durable and attractive. It is also strong. We purchased two more racks to add to the organization of our garage. We do attach and use the locking casters for ease of movement on every rack system.

Great shelves

The shelves are very sturdy and hold so much it actually worries me! But they do exactly what we purchased them to do! The wheels are sturdy and left some black marks on the floor which I was able t clean off with very little effort. I recommend these shelves. They roll easily while very loaded. Boxes arrived a bit destroyed because the shelves are so heavy but the shelves were not damaged.

Very disappointed

I purchased this unit to use in my my storage bin. Assembly was pretty straight forward. I see that with wheels it has an 800 pound capacity (Evenly distributed) with casters. With much less weight than that, I attempted to move it... a caster instantly came free from the leg. The lug the cast screwed into popped out of the leg, and the whole unit became unstable. We unloaded the unit, reseated the lug and attempted to move the unit with very little weight on it. Two more casters instantly failed in the same manner. Not sure what to do to solve this problem, I need the shelve to roll and it won’t. It can’t handle any amount of weight if you want it to roll. Very disappointed.

SUPERB and strong wheels are a plus

After HOURS of shopping around, I decided these would be best because unlike others of the type, the WHEELS look big and STRONG. And, heya, they ARE! Skimping on wheel design is just not good. One can't have weakling wheel brackets or tiny cheapo wheels when pushing a fully-loaded unit around --especially over door saddles. These are quite sturdy and they roll well: with a heavy load, they are still easy to move around. The set-up has a slight learning curve, but then one gets it. There's great flexibility in deciding where to locate each shelf. I've gotten seven units so far and have more on order --that's an endorsement, eh? The shelves are strong, not flimsy. The maker's emblem stamped on each shelf corner is actually a handy guide for showing which end is up during set-up. The shelf supporter chocks give a reassuring "snap" when engaged with the legs' incised lock-rings; it's like building with Lego and hearing the snap of a good connection. The legs' markings make set-up easier, more intuitive. The chrome finish is snappy --nice look. There's a momentary scare upon opening the box because black plastic discs between the shelves get smashed in transit --always. Don't panic. Those are frangible shock-absorber inserts just used during shipping; you throw them out. All of my actual needed parts arrived intact. I like especially how when assembled, they're solid; yet, with a hammer, one can bang shelves out of locked position and reconfigure the unit. Please Wal-Mart, keep with this maker. The quality and price are just right.

Phenomenal item!!!!! Excellent quality, easy to assemble, but very heavy. Purchased six units initially, and today added two more. Price is a little high but I did a lot of comparison and still felt this was a good deal. Very heavy when delivered. Only complaint is one of the shelves had a bent mark, but I am using in my lab and the bent edge has not bearing on my need. Highly recommend item-definitly would, will and am buying again.

High-quality wire shelving with deep shelves.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Much better than the photos and description. Easy to assemble and extremely sturdy. I'm 5' 4" and need a step ladder to reach the very top shelf. The shelves are all very deep with more than enough room for storage. Love being able to unlock and wheel the rack around. We are using this in our garage for storing goods from pantry goods. Plenty of room on these shelves to keep everything nicely organized.

This shelving rack is just what I needed. I'm living in an apartment with a small kitchen with little cabinet space, no space for groceries. I put this on the only blank wall I have and it holds all my groceries and more. It is bright and shiny and looks great. Love it. Easy to put together; just follow the directions carefully.

Love it on every level. Very strong, Had a very small specific space and it fit perfectly (this is a bit smaller than some), rolls easy, moves easily even when fully loaded with stuff, easy to put together, adjustable shelves allows big heavy items to be placed on the bottom while lighter, smaller things can go up top. I did not use the hooks on the racks, though they are of good quality and strength, I feared someone would get caught on them, on the way by. (Will use then on my overhead pot rack in the kitchen, instead.

This thing is built tough, designed to last. One of my shelves had actually taken damage. It looks like another shelf box impacted my box, denting one of my shelves, very conspicuously. Regardless, the shelf did not change shape from the impact, and was assembled just fine. A testament to the solid construction and quality of fabrication involved. Highly recommend this product for a inexpensive high-impact and durable storage solution.Update 1: We have 5 of these units now. All of them were easy to assemble. Takes about 15 minutes each. They are super strong, sturdy, and on casters, nearly effortless to move around, even loaded down. Perfect for organizing my basement / garage.

These shelves are absolutely awesome. I ordered 6 of them for my small home business and they are working out wonderfully. Some of the other reviews mention that the wheels are not durable so I was a little anxious when I ordered these but this has not my experience. The wheels have held up nicely and the shelves are very heavy duty. Note that it is difficult to wheel the shelves around when fully loaded with 500 lbs of stock but you can move them around to access items, etc. Just don't plan on wheeling them around the block when loaded up. If I had more space, I would order more of these.

Love these shelves. We bought 10 of them!

Our UPS guy gave these a beating in delivery. They're heavy with mediocre packaging so they arrived with boxes ripped and shelves and poles dented in some of the boxes. We easily got replacement parts and for the cost I was willing to deal with it. It's a nice sturdy shelf but putting the wheels on it will reduce your load capacity and I learned this the hard way as a wheel bent and the shelf came tumbling down in the garage with all of my much too heavy crap on it. It's hard not to load them up beyond wheeled capacity as they are sturdy and nice and deep. An extra shelf would be a nice welcome however. I'd like to have at least one shelf on it not be so wide.

This is very beautiful looking - it alone makes my basement utility room space look very nice. Extremely easy to put together. Seems to be very strong and sturdy. Wheels move very smoothly and are dense rubber so they glide well without rattling sound. I mostly like that the wire shelving is very open in that there are no nooks and spaces that spiders and other storage space bugs can hide or set up space. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend spending a little more money to get this quality instead of others.

Nice shelves for the price

Nice shelving for money. Mine didn't arrive with the accessory bar, no biggie. I had to assemble them in a tight corner, was a slight pain, but overall assembly was easy. The only thing I don't like about them, the plastic sleeves used to set and lock the shelves in position. On the plus side, these are made of fairly heavy duty metal and when the plastic sleeves fail, easy enough to drill holes and bolt the shelves in place. These shelves are made to last a lifetime, as long as you don't leave them outside in the weather. I am happy with my shelving and loved the convenience of having them delivered to my house.

We've had this shelving unit for a month now. It's a good solid unit. The casters are HUGE! I'm sure they'd work if needed, but we used the screw adjustable feet. We store 12 packs of soda along with other household goods. The shelves easily hold the weight. One little funny thing....they take the time and materials to weld up a custom rail that holds some near useless hooks....yet every shelf IS a hook holder. Why not save the steel and labor & lower the price by $2? All in all, very pleased and would buy more if needed.

Excellent Shelving Unit

This seems to be a quite-heavy-duty unit, certainly in the ballpark of the Metro product but significantly less expensive. It was shipped promptly and arrived without incident. I have a number of similar units, so building the unit was familiar and routinely easy. Although the instructions don't suggest so, I greased all the threads where the posts screw together, to make future disassembly (if needed) less problematic. This unit replaced a ramshackle Sears shelving unit in my garage; it is a far more substantial product. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Sturdy, Easy to Assemble, Good Quality

This is sturdy and easy to assemble. WHEELS: larger than I expected, but make it very easy to move the unit even over door frame strip on floor. They are not the cheapo plastic wheels I have seen on on other shelving and do not leave marks on the floor. I didn't have any problems screwing them in as another reviewer mentioned. TIP: The threads on one of the poles appeared to be very crooked and out of whack - it turns out that the threads were on an insert that hadn't been pushed all the way in - it took two light taps with a rubber mallet and it was perfect. The poles are nicely marked with single and double grooved lines which makes it easy to align the plastic clips for shelf spacing. TIP: Initially the plastic clips would slide down when I tried to put the shelf on them. I discovered that if I lined up the two pieces with the top part on the grooved lines on the pole and and held my hand around them as I gently slid it down about 1/4", the two pieces would click and lock. It made each shelf about 1/4" lower than where I wanted it, but they were all even and assembly was even easier from there. Thank you Walmart for this product!

Happy Customer

I bought 4 of these sturdy rolling shelves for our warehouse. They arrived within 2 days of ordering. They were easy to put together (1st one took about 20 minutes & even less time for the next 3) and they hold tons of stuff. If you don't have a high ceiling, you may want to go with a shorter, wider shelf, but these were perfect for my space. I do wish the wheels were a little better so they would roll a little easier when all the shelves are loaded. They are not cheapy wheels, they're maybe just a little small for the huge shelf. I am still able to roll them around all by myself tho. The price is by far the best available anywhere. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase, and I will definitely be buying more as our business grows.

Great Shelves, Wheels Very Difficult to Install

I give these shelves 5 stars for quality and appearance. I give the wheels only 2 stars because they were very difficult to install.

Great shelving

It is difficult to start the actual building of the shelving. It is better to have some assistance for the first shelf which holds the legs vertical. I managed by myself and therefore I got the shelves at the heights I wanted. Be sure to read the instructions all the way through and to refer to the instructions as you go along. To change the height of the shelves at any time after the unit is built would not be easy so know what each shelf will be used for. Otherwise the shelving unit will have to be reversed to adjust the shelf height. I like the fact that it has wheels and that the wheels are made well. I am planning to purchase another unit in the future.
