Nice pre-slope already done for you

This pre-slope shower pan is super slick. If you don't have experience or want to spend the time making your pre-slope with dry-pack mortar, this is definitely a time-saver and frustration saver. The hardest part for me was getting the drain perfectly in place before installing this because the drain is in the concrete slab below and inaccessible. Take the time to get the drain pipe perfectly centered and perfectly plumb. The Kerdi drain flange has a huge diameter and any imperfection in the plumb of the drain means the flange won't sit level in the pan. I cut out more concrete and re-did the drain pipe to get it perfect. I got everything dry-fit perfectly, then install went as planned. Very smooth.

This is so easy to install. It's my second shower and love this product. I can't image building a shower pan using mortor, rubber liner, etc. The drain kit is also super easy to install. Well worth the price

We’re ready!

Following recommendations, we purchased for a remodel for a curbless shower for small bathroom. So much easier than creating a shower pan with just mortar. Takes the guess work out thus saving time.

They worked great. Would definitely recommend this item and Home Depot.

Wonderful product

It was okay. Saved me from pouring a cement base and sloping but with all the pieces that needed to be glued I don’t think I saved any time.

I wanted a custom size shower pan and the cut-to-fit...

I wanted a custom size shower pan and the cut-to-fit Kerdi was the best option for me. The pan has the required slope to drain, so all I had to do is trim the edges to the size I wanted. Overall, the Kerdi system was super easy to install and I have peace of mind that the shower will not leak. Installed and in use for four months as I write this.

SOOOO EASY TO USE/INSTALL

This was my first time ever doing a complete bathroom gut and remodel and this product made the job A LOT EASIER. I would absolutely recommend it and will use it for my next project as well. Thanks Schluter
