Not worth it

Love the look and dimming capacity. Easy assembly. However, I am less than a year and a half from purchase and the LED torchiere lights died. Since they are not replaceable, this is not worth the money spent on the lamp. Even if I kept the light on 24 hours a day, it would still not have reached the average advertised led life expectancy. Very disappointing.

Love the reading lamp. It is bright enough, and the flexibility of the arm and the light itself is a big plus.

Torchier Floor Lamp with Reading Light

The packages arrived swiftly and putting together the lamps was successful and didn't take much time. We like the looks of these lamps and the fill in the corners nicely where we have them located.

Nice lamp; excellent customer service

We love the look and the functionality of the lamp. Also, customer service was very helpful. A small set screw rolled away during assembly and they promptly sent us a new set screw.

Excellent Customer Service!

The Five-Star review is for the customer service at Lamps Plus! This lamp had a defective LED in the lower arm where there was a spark and smoke from the LED circuit board. I called customer service and they replaced the lamp under the 1-year warranty. Well done!

Checks all the boxes

Lamp was as described......excellent source of light for reading and ambient light. Assembly was easy but took 2 people to hold and assemble easily. Love all the rheostat settings to adjust to just the amount of light you want. Sleek looking and very stable despite the height.

Broken after a year

Purchased this lamp as a replacement for a similar style floor lamp. Previous one served us 10 years but, sadly, was damaged when moving. We were very happy with this lamp at first, it provided perfect amount of light and small reading light was very helpful. However, after just over a year of normal use the main light suddenly started to go off at random and now it just doesn't work anymore. This is a very expensive price for such short lifespan and now we are stuck with having to dispose of it.
