Rusted in weeks and came with scratch

Fire pits are made to go outdoors but this one rusted in the first rain. Additionally the rust stained my pavers!

When the firepit arrived we opened the box only to find the packaging that the lava rock was in, spilled throughout the whole box. Needless to say, all the metal pieces were scrapped up badly. We packed it back up and returned it. Home Depot was great helping us with the return and offered to reorder us another one. When the second one arrived, it was the exact same scenario. Lava rock and scapes on the metal everywhere. This company's packaging is horrendous. We returned it again and Home Depot was very apologetic and even gave us a discount for all our troubles. Definitely did not try for a third time.

Good luck receiving the product

I ordered this product twice. Both times there was a delay in delivery and both times it never arrived due to damage reported by UPS. Disappointed because I had ordered the original with plenty of time for thanksgiving and now don’t have it to use.

Nice looking but rusting way too soon

Nice looking fire pit. Installation instructions not the easiest to make sense of but that’s not much of a problem. However, 3 months of use and the metal top is rusting on the top and at the seams. Rust dripping onto my new deck staining it. Unacceptable for an item that costs well over $300. Luckily it’s just under the return window so it’s going back for a refund. Have to take it apart so a real pain. Plus bought a vinyl cover and glass wind guard from Amazon that’s past return window. Hopefully I can use those accessories on another fire pit. Would not recommend this item.

Don’t purchase

Arrived scratched on all metal pieces which are now rusting. Lava rocks bag came open during shipping and scratched the entire unit up. Igniter doesn’t work as intended, I have to use a lighter to light it. Trap door for propane tank does not stay closed. Difficult to assemble by yourself. I would have sent this back if it weren’t such a hassle.

Bigger than I expected.

Box was all busted up. But, fortunately all the pieces were there. The lava was all busted and not sure if the amount was what was sent. But, going to purchase colored rock instead. Single older woman %26 I was able to manage. Much bigger than I expected. The magnets don’t keep the door panel closed on mine.

Pretty table, just missing a piece…

The table top is very high when sitting down. We love the wicker material and metal top. It is missing the electrode that ignites the flame so hopefully the company can send that piece! Good warmth!

Everything was fine until the access door for the propane tank went on. It doesn’t fit properly and the magnets aren’t strong enough. We ordered stronger magnets, but the door still doesn’t fit snugly. It is a beautiful fire pit that complements our patio furniture, but for the price, we shouldn’t have to rig it to keep the door access door closed.

Love this fire table

We purchased this fire table for our back patio to add some warmth and ambience. It does just the trick! I get so many compliments on it. It is such a unique style! It is a perfect mix of neutral tones to go with any patio style. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Defective

Manufacturers defect wrong leg assembled can’t put it together, metal on top scratched and dented. The bad of rocks was open inside causing scratches.

We absolutely love this fire table. It was easy to put together. You can turn the flame up or down. We have received so many compliments on it. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Fire Pit Table

This fire pit table helped me create a cozy and inviting outdoor space. We are enjoying being outside in our patio with my kids specially at nights and makings some s’mores. We truly are enjoying more our summer nights.

Provides Great Ambiance

We love how this fire table has transformed our space into a cozy oasis. One of our favorite features is the large table top area that easily holds beverages and food. When we want to enjoy the ambiance of the fire or make s'mores with the kids we simply remove the top and turn a knob and it's ready-to-go.

Beautiful Fire Pit

I’ve been using firepit table for a little over a month now and absolutely love it! It’s was simple to put together and didn’t take me much time at all. My favorite thing about this firepit is that the table top is very large and can use it as an actual table when not using it as a fire pit! Remove the table top (which is beautiful) in seconds and start up the fire pit! I feel like I’m in my own little oasis on my deck . I’ll be using this all summer long and through the fall- the best!

Very beautiful and large firepit table. Love the faux wicker on the sides. Easy to assemble and easy to follow instructions, only took around 45 minutes to put together. Works great and can wait to use it this spring. Very satified

Love this fire pit! It’s super cute and it puts off a lot of heat. It works great underneath my covered patio. The shipping was fast, and it was packaged well. It was pretty easy to put together. I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this table 10-24-2021. Very poorly made product and terrible customer service. The representatives on phone do not assist in any way, just pass you off. I purchased fire table and upon assembly found several damaged parts. I called, and was directed to file through an email, which I did. I received no response to submitted claim. So I called back and was brushed off. I was only able to upload one photo, the Mesh screen that is warped, and unattached to frame. The cover is warped as well and does not sit flush on top of table. Leg was scratched. As well as the tiles are haphazardly attached. The caulk around the table top tiles is cracked and missing. I have still not heard back for the company for a replacement. Definitely not worth the money spent!

Just received our new fire pit table in the last few days. Took about 1 to 1.5 hour to assemble. Good quality and looks great under our new gazebo.
