Disapointed, not unexpected.

Item arrived in a box that was held together by packing tape. A un covered razor blade was also packed in the parts bag. Many of the nuts and washers were loose, and missing some. Probably slipped out of the box since it was not secure.

This cart is made very well and well worth the money. Initially I had some trouble understanding the directions on assembly but finally figured it out. Went smooth from there. I don’t regret making this purchase

assembly required!

I did not realize we had to assemble this and the instructions are in pictures, so not very easy to follow. It took us all afternoon to put together and took us away from our work.

We have several of these carts to transport loan documents from one business unit to another. They are easily manuevered through our building and even with both baskets completely loaded, there is no issue. Built to last, we highly recommend this cart.

Works well but need availability of replacement parts

We use this cart in our daily operation and it usually carries more than average amount of weight but still under the capacity of the cart. We have 10-12 throughout our operation and we are replacing some of them each year. As the cart rear wheels wear, the lack of bushings causes the rear axle to wear an elongated hole into the upright. This makes the cart worthless and needing replacement. Replacement parts would do wonders for the longevity of this cart.

Better than expected

Our office needed a new cart because our last one was very flimsy and pretty much fell apart. This one looked stronger, plus it's dimensions made it a larger cart. When we received it, the cart was a breeze to put together and, once all of the bolts were tightened, stood as a very strong and sturdy cart. The item looks and performs much better than expected. Highly recommended.

Sturdy Cart for the Right Price

The cart was a little difficult to put together but once we were able to get it put together, it was very sturdy and easy to maneuver through the office and up and down the elevator.

After I received the cart, and put it togather I though it was a little cheaply made for the money that I paid for it.

Very versatile!

We love this cart! We use it in our school to transport laptops around the building. The cart is so light and easy to maneuver. It's a great buy!
