bought 4 one was bad
bought 4 one was bad out of box and called for replacement, first i got to take this one down and send back; while leaving a hole in ceiling for client. Then wait till i get. another one back, so i have to buy another one and then send this one back. Thank you

Great quality with one major exception.
Really nice high quality easy to install lights but with one safety concern. Within the metal j box there is a rubber grommet to protect the wires, this grommet is loose or easily comes loose while installing. With that grommet out of place the wires could rub against the metal and create a hazard.

4" LED lights
I was extremely impressed at the lights I purchased. I installed 1 on Friday, the other 4 I need a lift to do. Here's a after dark photo of the 1... I also browsed the catalog from Maximma lighting, and am now a new loyal customer... thanks so much for making my job better, and making my electrical skills shine...literally!
Black Recessed Lighting
These are very nice and well built units and they are just what I wanted in our barns soffits to light the front of the building without glare , our soffits are black and with the lamp recessed you can't see them from far away , they just make the barn glow !
