Trunk material plastic

I've been purchasing Vickermann trees for many years. The trees are ambient lighting and daily decor in my home. My one complaint is the trees have a tendency to lose lighting in full sections. Company did walk me through fuse replacement but that failed. The lights are wound extremely tight looping cord around branches, this makes changing strands a bit time consuming, but it can be done I did return this tree because they changed the trunk to a plastic fake wood from previous real.

Tree company was no help.

Poles wouldn’t fit together. Called company, they were no help told me to return it to Macy’s. I did.

Disappointed. Will be returning.

Do not waste your money on this. Terrible, cheap quality. The top part doesn’t even go in the tree! Obviously the photo is “un-fluffed” BUT it shows that the top part won’t even go into the middle part.
