Nice output and easy installation

Installed these in a ceiling that is 20' above the floor. With the ability to adjust the light color output from 2700K to 5000K, you can easily adjust to match your environment. Installation is simple and straight forward. Electrical push connectors make for an easy installation.

Great light. Fit in a 40 year old fixture. No more dealing with trim rings and an ugly light. This light is well recessed so as not to create so much glare but plenty of light. Easily adjustable color temperature and two brightness settings. I used the lower as it was install in a small hall.

Failed with in 6 months

Installed 16 in the soffit of a new build in the Florida Keys and half of them are failing. They start to turn colors, then go super nova bright white and then flicker or go dark orange. You can see in the attached photos how the colors are changing. We just installed these 9 months ago? Yes, Halo is warrantying them, but at this rate I'm looking for different options? Climbing up and down a ladder every 6 months is not under warranty?

Fit perfectly and work fine!

We needed to replace our 13 year old recessed LED lighting fixtures and I found these Halo lights. Home Depot offered a great 21% discount if I ordered in bulk quantities (which I did need to do) and delivery was quick (although there was a slight hitch, was supposed to be delivered within a day but it took a bit longer, but no worries). These lights are color selectable and lumen selectable so we could install them in all the rooms including the bathrooms.

1. The retention system is difficult to engage when the recessed can flexes. Can't get the HALOs deep enough to get the trim ring to fit against the ceiling.

Easy install. Good quality lighting. I paired with Halo airtight enclosures.

Great Product! I replaced over 50 lights with this updated version. The color temperature choice and more importantly the increased lumens choice are the best out there. None of them were damaged and all worked. Can’t ask for more than that!

LOVE IT!

We have one recessed light above our eating counter and it's always been kind of dim. But 5 minutes and I had the old one out and the new one installed and WOW... do we have light now! It's also very cool that you can adjust to bright to warm... we chose warm and now, let there be light! LOVE IT!
