Timothy 9-Cube Storage shelf
This item was purchased to house a magazine collection. What you cannot tell from the photograph is that it has no back to it. So while the shelves are sufficiently supported and robust enough to carry the weight, the entire unit is not stable side-to-side. While it is not difficult to add a backing or even corner braces at the back, it would be helpful if this information was available before purchase. Having said that, the unit was well-packaged and was damage-free on arrival. It took about 30 minutes to assemble and looks pretty good. Applying wood glue to the dowel holes is probably a good idea.
poor quality
I do not like the quality of the product. it is very easy to get the scratches. even if you touch it with your nail very hardly.
Well made
Love this storage unit! I bought it to go in our playroom. It’s made and also looks much nicer than your cheaper cubby storage units. Love the character it has on the sides. I measured and understood what I was getting thought it was bigger.
Solid purchase, pun intended
This is a nice little shelf. It looks smart, was easy to put together though a few of the pieces threatened to pop out the other side (just be careful), and came really quickly. The only real downside is it's a bit wobbly. If we didn't have it in a corner, I'd be a bit concerned about the weight shifting. This could easily be fixed with a few small brackets in key places, but it's something to consider. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.
