Best purchase we could have made for our laundry room. Great utility sink, but also doubles as a dog washing station for our small pomsky.

Great buy and great built

We have this sink in our laundry room and we absolutely could not live without it. We built our house 3 years ago and made space on the plans for a big sink like this. Easily the best decision that was made in the whole entire house. It has held up so well, zero issues with the sink and the faucet. Still in perfect condition and we do EVERYTHING in this sink. I recommend this to anyone I know that is building or not. You need this in your life in your laundryutility room!!

Great sink heavy duty. Love it

The sink is large, sturdy, and exactly what I was looking for. I especially like the pull-down sprayer, and there is just enough room on the ledge to set a bottle of soap and other small items. It was easy to assemble, but I recommend using a rubber mallet to get the support bars in place.

The stainless steel rust when in coastal area

The unit is very sturdy and prehabs is more appropriate for indoors or in a non-coastal area. We have this installed in a covered portion of a seaside home (not exposed to rain) and after 2months, it starts rusting. Hoping the it will last for more than a few years considering how expensive it was.

Looks nice and worked well in our laundry room. However, the handle kept falling off and it was difficult to put back on correctly in order to use again.

Shipping should be Free when you buy membership

I figured Bjs would be like other online club memberships. When you pay for the membership you should be charged $15 more for shipping. This was a waste of money to buy this membership

Plumbers were impressed, I love the deep sink and sprayer faucet.

I just want to say thank you to who ever raised this young man I had came in to get two tire change as my vehicle I believed was on the lift the manger had made it his best to check my others Tires. and noticed since they have been rotated there was some tear thank you MR ERIN ARIN I can't remember how it was spelled but it touched me because he went above and beyond and made it his way to satisfy his customers

Membership renewal fee refund

On May 5th 2024 I was charged $55 for membership renewal. After that I called several times and every time was given different time required for refund. On June 11th I called and was not given any new information about the refund. I was promised to receive a call from the manager within a couple of hours which did not happen On June 12th I received an e-mail with the statement that the refund will take 14-21 days starting on June 3rd not May 10th . Same day I received an e-mail asking to allow additional 3-5 days. I tried BJ's contact form which does not work.

This sink is well made and much better quality than the one I had. It was easy to install and the faucet is excellent quality.
