After putting this table togeather I started staining it with a can of brand new stain. Some type of reaction occurred and table turned blue in certain parts. I don’t know if this wood has been treated with something to make this occur? I even went back to store and got another can of wood stain thinking that was the issue! I’m not sure what to do now.
Attractive & Functional
Table arrived in good shape, packaged well with all hardware included. I put it together myself in about a half hour, it was easy. I purchased the dark brown table. Looks good, drop leafs work properly. A nice update to my home.
Dual dropleaf breakfast table
This is a beautiful kitchen breakfast table, well-made, I chose natural wood as it feels like it was well polished so I leave it alone and not paint any color and it matches our chairs. I have a water resistant table cloth over to keep the top clean as the wood seems to be easily absorbing if you spills liquid over it Overstock delivered this table sooner than the estimated timeframe.

Solid wood table
I am in the process of staining the table when I found a crack and a bunch of little holes like mayby from the saw?? Overstock sent me a new one. have not assembled this item yet but so far it seems the its built well. However, the slides that hold up the drop leaf are going to need to be reinforce because they are not enough support the way they come.
