Venting smoke out the sides is an issue. Some of the sides need to be enclosed so the smoke goes up the chimney vent .

Disappointing expected much better
Is smaller than appears and doesn’t hold much wood. Metal sliding door is a poor design and bottom grid is sub par and warps after a few burns. I would not recommend it

Sturdy and well-made. We are happy with our choice as we looked at several and read many reviews. We haven't used it yet since its only September in Texas.
Neighbor had one just like this one. Door tends to fall off as they age, but otherwise a good piece. Heavy cast iron.
My cast iron wood burning Chiminea arrived yesterday and it's perfect! Easy assembly, sturdy construction and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

Easy to assemble - exactly what i expected
This has been great in keeping smoke away while providing a cozy place to hang out. It's been out in the rain a few days and hasn't had any issues.

Not all of it is cast iron
I thought I was buying one similar to a cast iron fire pit I bought years ago. However this one the only thing that is cast iron is the top half. The bottom half is thin metal. I don't expect it to last more than a season or two at best
Replacing our old heavy weight chiminea, with this new model. The new one is soo much easier to move around the deck.

Replaced old one with this one. Looks great
The grill that is supposed to fit on the bottom of the stove comes in 2 parts ,However there is no way to attach them so the grill just sits on the bottom. I contacted customer service for the company and they never answered the question but sent me to different websites that also did not answer of how to attach the grill. It is also not clear in the instructions. Also the bottom should be made of cast iron also but it is a thin metal which will burn out eventually. Overall I would not buy it again. On the plus side it does direct more (but not all) of the smoke upwards.
