These artificial trees are great! They look just as pictured and are easy to set up (minimal fluffing). We used ours to frame doors and they are just the right size.

[Rewarded Review] Not worth the money!
I liked these trees but unfortunately had to return them as the planters were damaged on shipping. The metal planters are very thin and you could see a bad glue job on the ends. Not worth the price at Al!

Boxwood topiary Online order
This topiary was described as being 4ft tall. I measured it and it was only 43 inches tall. I ordered two topiaries to go on my front porch on each side of my door. One was as pictured with 3 topiary balls spaced nicely apart but the other one had the bottom two topiary balls sitting directly on top of each other.

Customer service is a nightmare
I have to start out by stating how terrible the customer service is at this company. I bought two of these topiaries. Only one arrived because one was damaged in shipping according to FedEx. One will do my no good when I need to for the area. I contacted them via email and phone over 10 times and they refused to respond or send me a new topiary. Weeks passed and still no response no refund no apology , nothing, after 3 weeks I finally got them to refund Ive topiary. I did not want a refund I wanted my second topiary like I paid for. 3-4 had passed and they state this item is out of stock. Noe I’m stock with one topiary for an area that needs to so the one I have is useless! I will never purchase a single thing from this company again. They are rude, unprofessional and careless.
The Styrofoam in the bottom takes away from the "realness" of the tree. Also, they are NOT 6ft tall and my package arrived damaged.
