Feels very cheap. No way to get an accurate measurement to know how long to leave your pipe.
I wanted a spout with a diverter that shut water to the spout 100% and this one leaked water when diverted to the shower.

Should have come with a rubber, silicone, or even plastic gasket to tighten it onto the tub surround. Instead you either have a slight gap or you screw it on so tight it damages the acrylic surround.

Of course, not all diverters are created equal. I just happen to have the copper pipe that sticks out 1/4" more than most, resulting in the spout not matching up flush to the wall, and also not screwing up right (its sideways). The material also seems a little less durable/strong than my previous tub spout. Just need to do some filing of the pipe, and all should be good, but initially, when ordered, the dimensions weren't explicitly clear.

I ordered a 5 1/2 front attachment bath tub spout. I received a four-inch Front attachment bathroom spout. Now I have a gap. Plumbers are not cheap

This not only feels cheap, it is cheap. I bought this to replace a faucet that when you pulled up the diverter, half the water continued to flow out the faucet instead of the showerhead. This was almost as bad. Returning and hoping to find something that works.
