Love the look… disappointing that a lot of small edges of plant fell off, for the price , I don’t think they should fall off so readily

TIPS FALL OFF EASILY.

all the tips fall off when barely touching the tree. they actually fall of as you take it out the plastic. when trying to fluff it up, you will loose nearly half of the leaves. Yes, you can take several hours and put them back on but they still fall off very easily. I was so excited to get this but I don't like the quality. VERY POOR.

Tree looks nice

While the tree looks nice, the packaging is not substantial and many tips of branches feel off in transit—I am still putting them back on and worried about whether they will stay on in the wind.

Tree looks nice enough, but as we were trying to fluff it up and open the branches, all the little bits of greenery came off. It’s like none of the pieces are molded into one single branch like other trees. I’ve purchased definitely not happy with this and don’t know how it’s going to last outdoors. PS this photo is right after we took it out of the box.

Very Life-Like!

True to online photo. Beautiful tree that I will use to replace overgrown arborvitae. My only complaint is that so much of it fell off when I first opened it. I hope no more will.

Stay clear

I ordered this tree ... it arrived broken. I then returned it and NN is out of stock. Frustrating process
