I have these on the front porch. We occasionally have some fairly strong wind, and the leaves come off easily. One side of one of the trees is almost completely bald.

Color changes

Own both 5ft Bay leaves less than a year. Live in Texas. Both in pots on front welcoming area outside. Both started having color changes. Several leaves bright off green while others are dulling. Grinch bright green to be exact. Love the size, but disappointed in changing colors.

I love the look of the trees. They look beautiful aside me front door.

Very disappointed

Purchased 2 of 5’ Bay Leaf Cone Topiary Artificial Tree UV Resistant (Indoor/Outdoor) and placed in outdoor planters 2 months ago. One of the trees snapped at the base during this time period. Contacted Nearly Natural and they indicated they do not warranty their products. For the price I paid, I would have expected a customer service. BEWARE of using their products outside and understand Nearly Natural does not stand behind the products. I don't normally write bad reviews but feel pretty burned by the purchase.

Bay Leaf Tree - Pathetic!

First, I must state that when I was ordering this, the staff at Nearly Natural were helpful but they did not seem to want to go out of their way to assist much.

Topiaries arrived broken. Zero customer service

It's been 5 weeks since my order arrived with the pots shattered. I have received no email or phone response to my inquiries. I tried to contact the company by email and phone 8 times. If you value customer service, I would not order from this company.

Bay Leaf Cone Topiary - LOVE IT

I have bought four plants from Nearly Natural and they go beyond my expectations each time. The most recent purchase, the Bay Leaf Topiary (2), were the perfect size and fullness for inside my front doors. Every one comments on them and my daughter thinks it makes our front foyer look like an enchanted forest.; the leaves are a deep green and look lush. I will continue purchasing from Nearly Natural.

I ordered two trees that arrived with their concrete bases shattered. The trees will not stand up without a weighted base. I've sent five emails and four voicemail messages. Not a single response. Terrible customer service. These trees were quite expensive and I am disappointed I can't use them unless I mix up a bag of concrete.

Not at all like the picture

This tree looks so fake! I was going to use them in pots at our front door but the leaves, even after rearranging, look so completely fake. They are all pointing up and all you can see is the plastic underside. If you try to adjust them down they start to fall off. What a total disappointment. These are heading back to the store.

The quality and workmanship of Nearly Natural products is outstanding. I have had numerous neighbors stop by and admire my trees and how lovely they are. They had no idea they were fake. Very pleased

Not the best I have seen

Looks O.K. from a distance but too much plastic showing when standing close to the tree. Leaves are falling off easily and are hard to put back in the tree. I would not place it outdoor in a windy area. I would pick a different kind of tree if I could.

Ordered two for the front door and very pleased. Out of the box you'll need to fluff it up and arrange the leaves a bit, some fell off during shipment but were easily glued back on. The pots are small and i put them in bigger planters and added soil for a real look. It looks real from a distance and very good even up close. Overall, they look great.

Looks great! I bought two for my front door. When you first take it out of the box spend time adjusting the branches and leaves and I suggest putting it in a bigger planted box and adding soil to complete the 'real' look. As long as you adjust the leaves, and super glue the few that fell off during shipping, even up close it looks natural and real. Very pleased.
